The Privacy Policy and Terms of Use of the Website shall be deemed to be incorporated into these Ts&Cs and the whole will constitute the entire legal agreement between us and your organisation and govern your use of the publication and completely replace any prior agreement between us and your organisation, or your own Tc&Cs, in relation to the Services.
  4. These Ts&Cs may not be amended or varied except in a writing signed by us.
  5. These Ts&Cs operate to the fullest extent permissible by Law but if any provision is held to be unlawful, void, or unenforceable, that provision will be deemed severable from the remaining Ts&Cs and will not affect the validity and enforceability of any remaining provisions.
